How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund. Any customer wishing to return goods must fill out the return form on this page. After filling out the form you can return your item(s) to the address that is shown on the invoice (on the upper right – please note: this is no visiting address).
When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. OnTheBlock will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility. Therefor we recommend sending a return with tracking code.
Condition of the item
The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received (with labeltags attached). They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product (this also includes the items having a strong smell of cigarettes or make-up stains), the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. If you return your order and don’t follow our guidelines, the customer is responsible for the (extra) shipping costs to get the item returned.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer’s account.
Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Refunds for returned products will be made to the cardholder as soon as OnTheBlock receives the returned package. Expect up to 7-14 days before receiving your refund.
Please note: When your order consisted out of multiple items, and you choose to return one item only, we will not refund your shipping costs. Also, we do not refund any shipping costs for international orders.
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like to change an item for another size/color or different item, simply return the item and place a new order.
